Let's keep this marked spoils, so we can have this be a non-spoiler and spoiler thread, essentially. Because a lot of the hype has died down so we don't really need 2 threads.

| Some decisive skits are missing of course but many of them don't offer affection enhancement, so I believe the listed ones are affection only. |

Playasia ran out of 3000 yens card and my best friend already payed for it, so yeah, best thing to do is "waiting". :/
We are only interested in the 3 new cameos, swimsuits, and some of the sport and school packs, so that's ok for madoka, we don't care xD |

It was really hard, but it basically came down to just running around and getting corpse shell to fill by guarding all the time, but Maihadare is good for doing some damage and escaping tricky situations. So is using Flash Guard, from what I have seen. Spam guard and heal up like no other. Otherwise, just make sure to hit two people when you use your corpse shell hi-ougi.
Also quick question
| Quote: | | What is the point of the counter again in the Land of Canan again? And why was that last time factor soul so important? I realized i missed those details lol. |

Well. I can quickly wipe out 3-4 Members with Matter Destruct but my CS doesn't charge fast enough to use it a second time. Is there a skill to decrease it's charge time? |

Magicka Blade everyone who isn't Milla or Gaius, and for those two, equip the dark hammer, attack once and Magicka Blade them. Run far away and watch the chaos ensues, while waiting for CS to recover of course.
Hammer is easily the best weapon for Ludger and I suggest using it for most bosses due to the many elemental artes it has. Fange Pressé > Fundle Grande with Sort L'ardé somewhere in there takes care of almost all bosses easily. |

Many, many revival dolls and gels. Also, I'd suggest using swords just for the running speed difference. Use quick hit and run tactics and try to separate the enemies due to their speed differences. After the initial Corpse Shell, start activating it at level 2 instantly.
Also:
| Quote: | | Do not get stuck in a corner. Especially if Gaius is nearby. Also, obviously take out healers/confusers ASAP. |

If I'm not mistaken:
| Quote: | | It was some sort of time factor destruction counter, I guess, and once it filled up, Origin appeared. Not sure of any significance beyond that. |

But the problem with that is that he appears before it turns, so that is what was confusing me.
@Aha: Magicka Blade??
And as for CS to fill, just running isn't going to do it. It fills with battle actions, so even guarding will fill it up. And its the safest _________________ All my information about the game of Tales of Symphonia comes from my lovely "PS2 Version Tales of Symphonia Official Complete Guide"

Magicka Blade seems to have the highest rate of inflicting confusion(partly because it multi-hits I guess), at least from what I observed in my fight. If they're grouped up, one Magicka Blade will almost always confuse everyone, save for those who resist Light element.
You'll at least gain some time to breathe if you keep confusing them. Then you can just focus on one opponent while the others are busy wacking each other.
EDIT: no wait, not confuse, but charm |
