Well I guess I'm obligated to make a thread for this even if the last two games have me doubting the series.

It's official, and this time I really dig the look of the protagonist. Let's hope that they take some time to polish this one (hopefully a spring 2014 release at the earliest.) _________________

I've never been a fan of the series but the pirate setting sounds cool.
although I'm waiting for the weebs of the internet to cry about the game not taking place in grorious nippon. _________________

I really did not enjoy ACIII's naval missions. Like, at all. The pirate them leads me to believe that they'll be an even bigger part of this one. This does not please me. _________________

The naval missions was the best part of ACIII. Looking forward to more news. _________________

That's funny, because I haven't played ACIII yet, but I've seen snippets while my brother played, and the naval portions are the only thing I saw that looked even remotely interesting.
I've lost all hope in this series though. After ACII, nothing has been up to standard. Brotherhood was a sham of a game, and I never bothered to touch revelations. My brother was a die hard fan of the series, so I know what happens due to him, but even he was massively disappointed in ACIII. The story just gets more and more dumb as well. _________________

Hold on didn't III take years to make and now IV is released a year later, yes we're getting it this year let's not kid ourselves, whatever I gave III a chance and it didn't click so I'm okay walking away just like I did after completing II. _________________ *Sig by WarriorAngel01*

Snow, why did you run away from from Square - Enix just to become this?
With it alleged to be a prequel to III in terms of Assassins timeline, i'm hoping, and expecting things.
- A badass younger Achilles
- What made the Assassins guild as it was in 3
- Possible influence to what made Haytham choose his side as a child
3 just...I don't regret buying it, but it really stomped my expectations into a puddle of dissapointment. _________________

They really ought to replace the hidden blade with a hidden gun in the art. Daggers are not really viable in ship to ship combat anymore (during the corsair age at least).
I'm digging the look of the new main character a lot.
I haven't played any AC games as of yet (which is weird since I have both AC and ACII at home, and installed on my pc). But now I feel like getting this game for the concept/ box art and setting alone. I have high hopes for you AC:BF _________________ Also known as Sliv, Slivvie, Quilvius, Slivendiferious, and slivijizzisious

I...didn't say he was? lul.
Just laughing at the uncanny resemblance. Would be awesome to have Troy Baker be voicing him though. _________________

But you compared him to SNOW.
And then this song started playing for an eternity, which is just as terrible. _________________

Snow was atleast voiced by Troy Baker, he gets small redemption points for that. _________________
