hi it's me again

Also, I didn't try to "cover up" a "mistake". You don't have to know video game terms to know the word "remake". Once you've gotten through highschool or at are least in that part of school, I would certainly HOPE you knew that the word remake was not always related to video games. And so you're aware, all you're doing is adding to my post count. | I dunno, 2nd-year uni good enough? Besides, commenting on another's level of education is pretty moot. It only really matters if they know what they're talking about or not, so I'm not sure why you brought that up. Speaking of which...

Pretty sure this says you were wrong too, and it isn't talking about video games. In fact, it actually doesn't matter whether you're talking about video games, because it still means the same thing. You in high school yet? :P

People that start an argument over someone's opinion or statement, even if the statement is false or the opinion has no backup, is just immature to being with. | It wasn't an argument, it was a correction, silly. You thought Meowzy saying "ToS PS2 is a port" was false, so what did you do? You corrected her. And then I corrected you. That's all.
I will now however 'immaturely' point out that pointing out errors that someone else makes is not immature. If you disagree with them, there's nothing wrong with interfering, and the point is to make them realize their error. I'm not quite sure where you get that line of thought. This has become a separate issue because you decided not to just leave it at "oh okay it's a remake whoops".
i guess since all i'm doing is adding to your post count, you aren't admitting to your wrongness so i have to keep posting pc+++ _________________

If you never started an argument, you wouldn't have reacted to that section of my post. Therefore, this says you KNOW you started an argument. I brought out my opinion and the statements I was aware of. A KINDLY correction is something you did NOT do. You decided to turn into an argument. It's also funny that you're trying to make me mad. See, people who get mad by stupid little comments like that have a chemical imbalance that keeps them from ignoring the situation. You're making me laugh with your ridiculous attempts to anger me.
"Oh, okay, it's a remake, whoops"? Didn't you just say it wasn't? =_= Make sure you know what you're typing, too.
I see not need to continue adding my post count up with you though. I have better things to do than argue like this over the internet. I didn't intend to make an argument, therefore, you should not have turned it into one. The fact that you turned this into an argument goes to show that you WANTED an argument in the first place.
Even if you try to keep responding to my posts, I will answer everyone else and ignore you. All you seem to want to do is argue with what I say, so I'm not going to answer you anymore. There's plenty of things I could say, but there's no point in it, because you won't listen to what I have to say either. You make it seem like I'm the only one ion the Forums with any sort of fault. _________________

Alrighty, let's get things straight now, because you're taking me a bit more seriously. In debate, anything said that you use to further a point is an argument. You corrected Meowzy, I corrected you, then you decided to respond and I made a big deal out of said response. We're both contributors, and it doesn't matter "who started it". I'm saying you didn't just leave it at "okay I was wrong" and responded so that I would respond in turn. I did not "kindly" correct you because you decided to correct Meowzy wrongly and I'm not a guy to sugarcoat things, so sorry if you were offended or something. I am also not trying to get you mad; even though I get a kick out of people getting frustrated I'm not one to go out of my way, I just nudge people who are being stupid in their own right. You're not stupid, you just made a mistake.
Firstly, people who get mad over things said to them have a chemical imbalance in their brain because it's how the brain functions, not because they're ill as you seem to be implying. Secondly, attempting to prove someone wrong is not stupid, and it's insulting to say that my arguments are stupid, especially since you keep responding to them. Thirdly, you are not ignoring the situation either, so I'm not sure where you're placing yourself in your own argument.
And yes, I mistyped it, whoops. It's a port, thank you for pointing that out.
Post counts don't matter. Unfortunately I have nothing better to do which is why I'm still here, but yet again I see a passive-aggressive attack. You seem to be fairly fond of those. I also didn't really want an argument, but I'm open to them once they start. I originally just wanted to correct you, but whatever if you want to continue thinking that I started something on purpose.
It's okay if you ignore me after this. I'm arguing with you because you keep responding in ways that I can oppose, so I continue to. You backing out will stop the argument. However, I'd like to also say that I'm frankly insulted that you would say something so shallow as "You won't listen to me anyways". If I weren't listening, I wouldn't be counterarguing effectively, and it shows a certain degree of ignorance on your part since you seem to believe that just because I'm arguing with you, I am wrong. In addition, there's no way I'm singling you out amongst the forum. There are looooots of people on the forum with faults. Including myself. You look at GD lately? Crap flying around everywhere. You're the one singling yourself out claiming to be the victim in an attempt to defend your poor arguments.
What I do not respect about your posts is your tendency to resort to passive-aggressive attacks on myself instead of actually giving any arguments. It isn't ad hominem, but it's coming close. Even if you aren't aware of it, that's what you're doing. "I have better things to do than argue like this over the internet", "Once you've gotten through highschool or at are least in that part of school, I would certainly HOPE you knew that the word remake was not always related to video games", "stupid little comments like that" and "I'm terribly sorry that I have more of a life than learning all the terms to video games" are what I'm talking about. They don't hurt me, but they aren't helping you look any better. I would hope you stop doing this in the future.
Good day, ma'am.
EDIT: Holy **** that was long, thank you for giving me a chance to write so much. _________________

I'm not implying anyone is ill. I KNOW that's how the brain functions. But there is also medication for that, so it's not exactly the same, but it is similar to having a problem of sorts.
Your arguments are the problem. They're arguments. Not just statements of any kind.
I know they don't. But if someone is arguing over something this simple with me, I mention that all they're doing is adding to my post count because nothing they say will go through my head. If I have a set opinion, it's not changing anytime soon, if at all.
By not listening, I'm saying you aren't taking my views or what I am/was aware of into account.
And by calling my arguments poor, you're saying your own are better. You have no right to say that I think because you're arguing with me, that you are wrong. I'm not saying you're WRONG, but if people try to correct another person in a better manner, I'm not against it.
I'm not trying to necessarily make a person look bad with those comments. They are there, thus they exist. That is it. They are statements that are not taking sides.
I write that much very often. You should get into the habit, too.
Alright; fine. I'll put it this way, if you've played/watched Legendia: You're a perfect Solon. I'm a perfect Moses. An argument like this can go on forever. It's best we just accept each other's differences or this won't end even if we stop arguing in this thread alone. It's likely to carry on to other threads as bad blood if we come across each other's opinions on other threads. I'd rather not be arguing in places where people are leaving their comments about a topic. All it does is interfere.
Point is, we were probably both wrong, no matter what it was one of us was wrong about. One person said one thing that the other didn't like, so they retaliated. The second person said something the first person did not approve of, so that person went back at them. That's all we're doing. Better to end it now than carry it out to other areas of the Forums. _________________

| I feel it would be interesting to see how life began on Aselia, with the driving back of the demons into another dimension to clear a spot for the new tree. I don't see it working as a tales game though, due to the lack of anyone to meet along your journey (all the elves are still left where you started on DK). |
