Mila Kunis still blows my mind in this given how many comedic roles she's played. It's almost like watching Will Ferrell in Stranger than Fiction. _________________

If anything, her comedic background made her fit right in as being more relaxed and carefree.
Or perhaps you kept seeing her as Meg while she was eating out Natalie Portman? _________________

Give your threads appropriate titles and maybe people will start paying attention. _________________

Natalie Portman was in Black Swan.
She played Padme.
It's easy enough to figure out. _________________ SOON.

And Mint works into that...how?
Anyway even though I want to still haven't seen it, hell at this point I guess I'll just wait for the Blu-Ray/DVD release.
I will say there's something really beautiful about that poster and I greatly prefer it over the other facial closeup one. _________________ *Sig by WarriorAngel01*

Such an amazing movie. Great soundtrack and Natalie Portman was fantastic, etc etc
Some scenes really made me cringe (the cuticle!!!) but they just added to the movie in its entirety. |

We do. It's just that yours isn't appropriately titled to draw attention to the movie, plus more than two-thirds of yours is just Covert trying to tell you the difference between different mental disorders and you essentially saying, "NUH UH" over and over. _________________

I could tell you the difference if you'd like (pm plz).
@Charlie: if she were meg I might throw up. If you haven't seen Stranger than Fiction, Ferrell is still somewhat quirky and funny but in not nearly the same way as just about any other movie in which I've ever seen him. _________________

So, basically, any time a duplicate thread is made, the original thread could be locked as the "bad" version if you subjectively decide your don't like its subject title. That makes perfect sense.

um. That was a discussion over whether or not the main character is actually crazy. It was a discussion about the movie. Honestly, what more do you want?

That would be pointless. I don't care about the technical medical definition. Any casual viewer who watches the movie and considers the kind of delusions Natalie Portman suffers from would obviously go, "Yeah, she's ****ing crazy." You're looking for an excuse to be argumentive, Sooshy. _________________ SOON.

Calling me a troll among other varied, inane comments is not discussion. Also, you pointed the discussion in a certain direction from the start of the thread which does not, unfortunately, make it a discussion about the movie as a whole.
My first instinct was to look into what, exactly was causing said delusions. As I tried to explain to you (but you didn't and don't seem to care) different disorders have many manifestations and given the fact that the film is based around Portman's perspective, there are clues as to what, exactly, she is suffering from. I'm not trying to be argumentative, I'm stating an opinion that you don't care enough about to accurately interpret. _________________

If you don't like to be called a troll then don't be a troll, Covert.

Nothing personal to Pete, but, seriously, how exactly is "What did you think about this movie?" more limited as a discussion starter than "This movie is scary p.s. it has a lesbian sex scene" ?
You and Lunar (and I'm beginning to believe you've been Lunar's alt all along) are literally just whining about the obscure reference in the title. You have nothing else.

Dude.
The movie is about this girl. This girl literally thinks she's growing feathers and slowly turning into a giant bird. The trailer tells you this.
By any real world convention, she's crazy.
And if I have to keep arguing about the same damn thing any longer, I'm going to be Natalie Portman. I mean crazy.
inb4 you were always crazy abicon _________________ SOON.
