Watched Community on a whim last night (after not watching more than the first four episodes), and holy crap, when did it get so funny? Think I'll be watching it regularly from now on.

It hit its stride around the 5th episode. Many great episodes from then on. Especially the paintball one from the first season.

That's pretty much what I had thought, too. I watched the premiere on the first season, but it's humor felt ridiculously lame, and it seemed uninteresting, so I didn't keep up.
I flipped to it on a whim the one day and it was that apparent paintball episode that actually had me laughing and interested.
...Might pick it up if I remember what time it's on. |

Holy god episodes 4 and 6 sounds awesome!
Spoilers for the super sensitive.

EDIT2: HOLY ****! Abed had his own story in the episode! In the backgrund in several scenes you see Abed helping a couple give birth to their child. It's meant to contrast with the constant themes of death in the episode. Or maybe I'm thinking about it too hard.

Phew, glad I'm not the only one that that so. I think the best part was when the holy-like music started playing "Abed" and "Shirley". Those times made me smile =]

This episode wasn't that awesome either. Liked last year's halloween ep more.
Thankfully, the next Mean Girls ep looks more grounded, which, in my view, is when Community shines.
