Fake copy of the game?

Hi, I recently bought a sealed copy of this game from ebay, and was wondering if it's possible it's a fake copy.

You'll notice the disc is not blue with wings in the background like I've seen pictures of.
Another thing I thought seemed a bit odd is the recycle symbol shown in this picture.

Does anyone else have a copy of the game that looks like mine and can verify mine it's real?

My game box and disc are certainly not like that, but mine is the European version. I do not know how the other discs look like.
Which version were you supposed to buy?

EDIT: I've checked and the NTSC-US version is also supposed to have the same disc as the European, and the box doesn't look like yours.

Mine is North American NTSC like it's supposed to be.

Then it is a lot different than what yours looks like. It could be a fake copy of the game, did you try to play it on your Wii? Does everything work fine?

It works fine, but pirates can in fact make fake games that can play on unmodded wiis.

I would try to contact the seller you bought it from.
I think I actually bought some games from that seller, and got exactly what it was supposed to be like.
I don't think there are any "special" versions of the game, thus why there shouldn't be any difference...

I did contact the seller, but he claimed it was bought from a legal source but couldn't tell me where because he doesn't want any "competition".
He also was getting all angry because of the idea that I suggested he sold me a fake. Seemed a little suspicious to me.

That is definitely suspicious to me.
You can either retrieve the Item if you still can, or keep it if you don't care about it, meaning if it works fine and everything.

Don't know what you mean by retrieve, since I can't send it back to the guy who's giving me trouble.
I don't really have a choice but to enjoy what I have, but I'm still not happy about the idea of getting a fake copy.
I'll still wait and see if anyone else has ever seen a copy like mine.

If it is a fake, make sure you give the dude from ebay negative feedback to help future buyers =[

Definitely what Moontoon said, and try to contact eBay about it, too. That person was likely getting upset because it WAS a fake copy.

EDIT: Alright, so I bought the game today, and I bought it from GameStop in the mall. I have the exact same, flimsy case that has the same recycle sign on it. I'm guessing it's something GS uses for used games, but in that case, I hope you bought your game as a used game like I did. It also doesn't look fake, either, so it's probably just the case, but we have the same one. Is the back of your game purple or any other odd colors? If it is, it's undoubtedly a fake.

The NTSC-US disc I have is completely blue, and doesn't have any character on it, it's just blue with a wing-like pattern in the background. I got the game when it first came out. EVERY legitimate disc should have the game code identifier on the back of the disc, on the outskirts of the clear area. For ToS2, there should be something like RVL-RT4[E/P/J] for US, PAL, and Japan versions respectively. If it does not have this game code identifier, then it is fake, no matter what the seller says.

I can't tell no matter how I look, the recycle sign is something I've never seen, but it seems legit otherwise.

Either way, I couldn't even tell, as my copy is pirated.

The recycle sign is on more flimsy cases. It might just be something used instead of making new cases, but I don't know. Since I received my disk in the same case and I got it from GameStop, I know it's not the case that's an issue.
