Where do you get the Figurine Book?

Yet another topic that I'm sure that already out there. Anyways does anybody know where to get the Figurine Book or can you show/tell me where the original topic is?

If you are far enough along in the plot you can pick up the figurine book in Asgard from Harley. On the right side of Asgard ... in a very messy room, go to the right and through a door, and Harley will be there.

Ok I have the Figurine Book, but they said to ask Dirk how to use the pellets. I went to Dirk, but he didn't say how to use them or mold them or whatever it is you do with them. Now it seems like I'm back where I started except now I have the Figurine Book.

When you are near the end of the game.
Go back to Asgard , go to the workshop , and you will see the half-elf
He will give you the figurine book (Because only dwarf can process the figurines)

Now go back to Dirk.
Talk with him.
He will make figurines for you now ^^
Remember to transfer the figurine book to your next game if you want to complete it someday...

I am near the end of the game I am supposed to fight Kratos to release Origin right now. Or do I have to ask Dirk at an even later time?
