There isn't. There are several anime cutscenes in the game, though!

There was a store listing for a volume of Viva Tales of Magazine a while back that said Tales of Xillia: The Animation was on the cover but what happened was they got mixed up...it was supposed to say Tales of Symphonia: The Animation.
Of course, there were some articles about the listing. I don't know how many edited afterward to say it was nothing. That's probably what you saw, though.
