Patience Augla, I've got an idea for that. I'll talk to you on MSN about it.

Anyway, time to post the CS for my final character.

Name: Fan Xiang

Nickname: N/A

Gender: Female

Age: 25

Species: Half Elf, Half Fox Gajuma

Hometown: None. She originally hails from an itinerant clan that wanders the wilds, but currently works as a field operative with no fixed base.

Starting Location: Undisclosed. (She's sneaky like that...)

Appearance:

Her clothes consist of a form fitting purple netted body suit, a short sleeved dark grey lace up tunic, knee length black slacks tied tightly at the ends, black sandals with black tabi, a pair of black metal bracers and a utility belt for storing her various tools.

It is also notable that she has a large, bushy tail, about five feet in length. She also dyes her hair/fur black, as her natural colour, golden orange, is not particularly practical for the purposes of stealth. She otherwise is very proud of her tail and rightly so, as it is a magnificent sight.

Alignment: Neutral, though she is in direct service to a very evil man... If she only knew the truth...

Class: Ninja Pirate

Weapon: Assorted armaments of both piratical and stealthy nature. She relies more on quick wits and a natural cunning to survive than outright brute strength. The phrase "Cunning as a fox," is entirely apt.

Personality: Despite her inherent alignment, she is far from a bad person. Indeed, she is in servitude to a wicked and corrupt master who uses her as a tool to do his bidding, but she is of highly virtuous character and will never fight in a situation where it conflicts with her lofty sense of morality and justice or in a place where it would incur collateral damage amongst innocents.

She is also unswervingly loyal to those she trusts, so much so that it can blind her otherwise excellent judgement, a fact that her master has used to his advantage, time and time again. She is, for the most part, silent and exudes an aura of serenity about her which is hard to describe. When she does speak though, be it to acknowledge an order or an opponent she is like to utter her words in a surprisingly piratical way and commonly punctuates her sentences with a highly amusing "Arrr!"

This piratical nature is not solely limited to her speech however. Her greatest weakness is for precious jewels. This often causes her strict morals to conflict with her actions though, in which case she will be honourable before she plays at plunder, a trait which oft sees her leave empty handed.

History: Fan's parents were a Gajuma Gypsy and her Elven lover who left his seafaring clan in order to be with her. The gypsy clan was massacred when she was yet a few years old and she was taken in by their killer, though she does not yet know that he was responsible. She was then put through a rigorous training scheme for years with one intention; To make her into a cold blooded killer. Did the training succeed? That's for us to find out...

Any other notable details: Her long, bushy tail, which she is extremely proud of. Entirely carnivorous, (Like a certain Mr. Gallardo, she likes her meat and fish and purple haired scientists, *nom nom nom* ^_^)

Species: Banes of humanity.
Hometown: Barcas.
Starting Location: Barcas.
Appearance: Tall. Dark green hair, short. Black jacket and black trousers.
Alignment: Evil (Banes of humanity).
Emotion: Wrath (Anger).
Weapon: Broadsword.
Personality: As wrath is his name he gets angered quite easily, likes to elimate peace and all calmness.
History: Never met any other Banes of humainty, his broadsword has been created at the cost of someones life (finds out later), other cities he has been to is; Heidr and Garrett.
Any other notable details: None.

The Banes aren't exactly the Seven Deadly Sins. Wrath is fairly close to Hatred, so I'm guessing that'll suffice for you? (I should put it on the front page, but besides Sadness and Hatred, there's also Envy, Spite, Fear, Sloth (AKA Laziness), and Deceit. I think I'll update the list now to make that clear.)

Also, I'm hoping to get started... I dunno, Friday or Saturday? (The anticipation is killing me, but I need plenty of time to type out my first post for the thread. Razz

It also allows for more signup time... :3)

@Sil-Sil: Absolutely. :3 And, as we'll see in the story, a certain Descender is tricked into accidentally setting them off. Razz

@Shiv: They start off normal characters and later get their special Radiant armor. Only after that point are they truly considered Radiants. :3

Okie, though I was asking that because I wasn't sure if the Banes start out as (like the Radiants) normal people and then when the Bane is revived, the character is able to manipulate that emotion freely (that's why I stopped halfway in the CS). Smile

Yeah, it'll be like that. The Descender is tricked into activating the Banes partly into the story. (Unless Mental Gamer has an issue with this if it conflicts with his characters.)

I know what the Seven Deadly Sins are (I DO have a familiarity with FMA... :3), and I purposefully went with the seven aforementioned. Just to be a little different... :3

Here's a thought: Some Banes can be active through other causes and most are dormant until a way into the story. Okay?
