502 Errors...

I've been getting 502 errors these days,normally they just appear out of the nothing in Forum Games,Forum Rules,and the most annoying,when I'm posting.It had appeared,I think,last year or so,but then it dissapeared.I'm pretty sure it's not my computer's fault,considering I used a different computer the other time I got it.Internet is also pretty fine,so is it a problem of the forums,or such?

EDIT:I also forgot,it makes me double post sometimes.And it's funny how I get this error AGAIN when I'm posting about it. Evil or Very Mad

It doesn't "make" you double post; you simply hit back and resend, which causes the double post. You're actually resubmitting the post.

It is, in fact, just the forums doing this. Don't worry too much about it.

edit: Also, 100x100 is the avatar limit.

Yeah, it's just a forum issue. But as Covert said, as long as you don't go hitting "Submit" like crazy, your post typically goes through regardless. Just wait a moment and see if it posts to the forums before backtracking and clicking again.

But most of the time I only pressed it one time.
The only time I can actually remember I DID press Submit two times was on the Beauty Pageant,and maybe some other times last year,but some like the Hurt and Heal I just hit it,got distracted,some time later I come back and I get 502.Though sometimes I refresh on the 502 page,does this have to do with it?

Also,editing my Avatar right now.

EDIT:I got the 502 error again,and confirmed it.It's because I am hitting refresh on the 502 page.

It's odd to me that you apparently get it so often, though. I could see people encountering it once in a while, but I've never seen it even once unless I've tried to post a now disallowed foreign character.

I can't acess the Video Game forum because of the 502,Forum Games happens sometimes,but bearable,Roleplay also appears sometimes,and along with the ToL and ToS boards.>_>

I haven't gotten any errors since the sever shift, not even slow post issues. It posts instantly and I roll over to the next topic.

I had a ton of 502 errors the other day, but they resolved themselves nicely after clearing my cache. Try that and see if it works.

So I've been getting more of these lately, and some of them aren't fixed with a simple refresh. The "message submitted" page doesn't like me anymore, so I don't refresh that, but certain threads are continuously 502'd no matter how many times I select/refresh them.

Clearly all these errors are being caused by the fact that there's like five people with 8498237498732498 posts now.

I suggest we delete all of them.

That's a ridiculous and baseless hypothesis. At least two of those accounts have legitimate posts, too. It'd be unwarranted and unfair.
