A website for the game just opened and is set to launch this summer in Japan. And of course, everybody know it's co-developed by Team Ninja.
Can someone translate what Samus (?) is saying during the intro?

I'm excited on principle of it being metroid and me being a colossal metroid fanboy, but I still don't get what type of gameplay it's supposed to be. 3rd person? Sidescroller? FPS? All the above and a box of ninjas?

| When they showed the first trailer, it's like they weren't even sure themselves. They just made a segment of every possible gameplay type they could use in a Metroid game and trow it all in the trailer. |

This game is gonna be amazing, I can feel it.
Hopefully they won't take too long to release it in NA/Europe.

Well, at least the site looks cool, even if it's just a static picture with looping piano music.
Also, if their actually going to give Samus speaking parts, I wonder if they're going to keep the same VA from the Prime games.
Either way, here's hoping we get it here this year.
