| Well... I'm staff of an active KH forum myself (http://thekingdomkey.net if you're interested) and honestly... Comparing KH and ToS is like comparing Milk and Orange Juice. They're both breakfast drinks but the taste is totally different. =p |

Actually lowfat 1% milk has like... 102 calories where orange juice from concentrate has 112 calories... So... in the long run... orange juice makes you fatter.... If you're really that concerned. =)
