Yep, I still don't know how to find (main char) sprites in those character files.

Yah, a large amount of Prt Scs (Print Screens) and c/ping.
Edit:
Walk, Run, Jump + Fall, and Land. The landing and recover sprites are also stop sprites for the run.

"F" Stands for "Force" (So the arte is "Force Flame".)
I don't know why they'd put "F" instead of "Force" though.
