There are new characters so that probably means a new disc version... like #Reload Slash ^ Core Plus. Perhaps it's the European version since that is supposed to get new characters too.

It probably means a new disc version, but they can totally put that stuff on the European disc while giving the other regions DLC for it.
But that would require extra work and wouldn't be as profitable.
