~Meant to Be~ A Tales Canon Pairing Fanclub (M/C Spoilers)

I don't always like the heroine of the Tales games but I still always cling to the canon pairings. For example I really don't like Estelle but I'm never gonna put Yuri with anyone else. Same for Kyle and Reala, I don't like Reala but saying Kyle is involved in a romantic relationship with someone else wouldn't sound right.
I don't really understand the people who pair the hero with someone else just because they don't like the heroine.
And I like Sophie too for now (I can't really say before knowing more about the game). Smile

Sometimes the games imply so much that the pairings are almost obvious. And some people just don't like that.

I would never choose anyone else to be paired with Lloyd. I'm a Colloyd fan and proud of it! Bring on the Colette flamers. *Gets a flamethrower*

Is that a bit too much? XD

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind people liking other pairings, or if they like or dislike a character. What I don't like is how they flame them for now apparent reason. It's just so unfair. >.>

Ahem, anyway, I'm having trouble with my AMV, some of the clips just go green halfway and ruin the clip entirely. Does anyone know what's going on? >.<

I like to pair the hero with other characters but I never once deny any cannon pairings. I just like to mix things up a bit because its fun to explore.

And Colette is so cute! How could any not like her? She's so sweet! I just want to pinch her cheeks and hug her again and again and again! She is total cutie!!

And Sophie seems like a sweet girl. Sure she may be a robot, or immortal being or something, but she's so cute. Beside, that didn't stop people from pairing Lelou x CC. That's because there's an chance that Lelou may have also been immortal by the end...

As for Yuri x Estelle, they do NOT really have a sibling relationship! It annoys me with how people likes to single them out individually or as a pair! There relationship goes far more than that of siblings. The only person I notice Yuri having a sibling relationship with really is Karol. It just annoys me!

So, (on a random note) I ordered my Estelle costume online, but I still don't have a Yuri... ;_; At least I'm gonna be Estelle for Halloween! (if the costume arrives before then...) 8D

I ordered my costume yesterday. I won't have it until at least a week from now. But I can give you a sneak-peek picture from the site...

Here's what the costume is supposed to look like. I don't know if it'll come with boots and gloves or not, but I already have a back-up plan if it doesn't. And I've already got my "Blastia"... (which is a random fancy-looking bracelet that I found lying around in my room...) XD

And yes, I will be taking lots of pictures once I get the costume... ^^

Cool Costume! I can't wait to see you in it, Augla! I hope you find a Yuri(that I will stab once I'm in my Sodia costume).

As for YurixEstelle sibling relationship... I really don't know where they got that.

On the topic of obvious pairings... I'm still pissed that Sheelos is obvious in everything BUT the games. It's in viva tales of, drama cd, manga... heck even the OVA. Why not the games? ;A;

You would of thought they would have given some implications like they did with Colloyd.

They did the Colloyd pairing in every media. =3

Yuri never pushed Estelle in any way that I can remember. He specifically told her many times that she had the right to decide things for herself and he wasn't going to interfere with that. Even if he did push her, how does that make it a sibling relationship? People make no sense sometimes.

I just feel especially defensive of YurixEstelle, because a lot of people insist that it's not canon, but it's definitely there.

There's one thing I love, at least in the beginning, about how Yuri acts towards Estelle. I didn't notice it much the first time I was playing, but when I restarted the game it was pretty evident. There are multiple times where one of the other characters asks Estelle a question and she seems hesitant and doesn't answer right away, then Yuri cuts in and changes the subject. I just find that very sweet, how he's protecting her even when they're not in battle. =)

I got to work from 1:00pm to 9:00pm and I miss a whole bunch of topics!! I love Sheelos and I feel it is implied, maybe even if a little. Also I want to see your cosplays Augla and LaZyEnErGeTiC! I shared Mint and Cless you guys must share your pics too!

Also I feel that way about Yuri x Estelle too... Even if they do hardly anything as a canon paring as opposed to other Tales of Pairings like Kohak x Shing or Kyle x Reala they are still obvious!
