Ragnus: If I might proffer a suggestion, I would say that if the area is indeed as hazardous as we believe, then you should have everyone on hand to help out.

Rubia: Laurenna's group aren't here yet, but Aimee and Canta are still in the castle.

Ragnus: The armoury is directly en route to Harold's lab, so those two aren't a problem. As for the others, any ideas where they might be?

Pascal: Ren has probably taken them all out to lunch, if I know even a little about her.

Ragnus: In which case, I think I know where they might be. There's a popular bistro down by the docks that serves very good food. I expect they'll be there. Give me thirty minutes and I'll return with them. Until then, King Woodrow, is it okay to leave them with you for a while? *He motions to the ad libbers.*

Woodrow: I have no objections. I wish to hear more eyewitness reports of this "Knightmare" and the strength he possesses. In particular, I believe you have both had a very close run-in with him, Radiants.

Yuri: Hah! Can't win? Once you're devoured by Master's banes, we'll see who's laughing!

Ren: How pathetic, Your banes don't work on my species, didn't you know that?

Farah: Is she really on our side? She sounds so threatening when she talks...

Yuri: Indeed, it's a shame... *he locks swords with her* That you're not working for us...

Ren: I would rather live an eternity of agony than let your like destroy what's left of Granide!

Yuri: Hah, you're too late. Most of the radiants are dead and master has many banes in his possession now. Your eternal agony just got a step closer to reality!

Jade: We can discuss Laurenna's lack of social graces later. Come on, help her out!

Reid: Sorry, Farah, looks like this is it for your shop...

Augla: Don't mind my sister, Your Majesty... As of late, she's been a bit... impersonal~~~

Woodrow: I see...

Augla: Anyways, regarding this threat known as Knightmare... He stands at about 5'5" (OOC: Sorry, can't convert this to Metrics...) with all his armor on...

Woodrow: Really? That short? Is he by any chance a teenager?

Augla: Possibly, though his deep voice seems to make me think otherwise... Probably late teens, early twenties.

Arielle: Why are they discussing his height and age?

Sam: The more you know about an enemy, the more prepared you'll be...

Arielle: ...

Augla: Anyways, he also... *multiple loud crashing noises, followed by a man yelling incomprehensibly*

Woodrow: ...What in the name of Atamoni was that?

Guard: *bursts in* Your Majesty! There's this purple haired kid with very ripped up clothes that just appeared out of the blue, made a huge mess of the pottery along this hallway...

Arielle: NOT THE POTTERY!

Sam: Shh!

Guard: ...and he ran off faster than any of us could run yelling "MINE, MINE! IT'S ALL MINE!" while holding a black sword!

Woodrow: A black sword? Could it be... Swordian Berselius?

Augla: Dammit! If that's true, then we're gonna have to go chasing after the thief!

Woodrow: Which way did he go?

Guard: He was headed towards the main entrance...

Sam: All right! Let's go!

-Oersted Tavern-

Yuri: Hmph! Pathetic... There's more where this came from~~~ *Banes start moving around him*

Loni: Reid, move it! Unlike Ren, you're not immune to those things!

Reid: *jumps out of the way* How dare you interrupt my breakfast!

Yuri: Tch! *a piece of one of the Banes becomes a very intimidating looking hand axe that he holds in his right hand*

Jade: Well now... The stakes seem to have changed a bit... a sword and an axe against two swords and a poleaxe...

Loni: You seem to be leaving yourself out, Jade...

Jade: Aah, but an old man like me shouldn't be battling this early in the morning~~~

Reid and Loni: *sweatdrops*

Yuri: Are you idiots quite finished yet? Take this! *starts flinging Blood Edges at Loni and Reid with both of his weapons*

-near the burned village-

Traveler: Aaaah! *is getting eaten alive*

Kanonno: Yes... YES! THIS is what I've been thirsting for!

Caius: Hey, hands off, Kanonno! The tender neck area is my favorite part!

Kanonno: What are you, a vampire?

Caius: Worse - I'm a Lycanth... Besides, vampires these days are complete wimps! Going around being all SPARKLY! Geez, whose idea was it to make vampires sparkle?

Kanonno: Shut up and eat, or I'm gonna have your share!

Caius: No way! *starts eating faster*

Knightmare: Remember, you two... There's still this man's wife and sons to find and devour~~~

Claire: Ooh, all this gore is making my skin tingle with excitement! Don't you agree, Veigue?

Veigue: ...My skin is tingling all right... ((Though more from the sheer brutality of this whole scene...))

*As the group rush out of the room they crash headfirst into Aimee and Canta, who had come to see what the commotion was.*

Ragnus: Aimee?!

Aimee: Ouch! You took us by surprise! *she jumps to her feet and helps everyone up.* You're after the purple haired kid, right? He headed for the docks, let's go! *the group rush off in pursuit of the thief.*

Yuri: You know, I haven't had this much fun in ages! *their weapons meet and they end up stuck in a deadlock.*

Ren: Me either, you've really stepped it up a notch. Or is that your master's precious banes? *she breaks the weapon deadlock with him and roundhouses him in the chest before he can react.*

Yuri: Impudent old woman! I'll make you see my true power! Hiyaaa! he springs towards Ren, who deftly sidesteps, but not fast enough to avoid a glancing blow from Yuri's axe.

Farah: Tch, you okay?

Ren: Just a nick... *she feels the cold metal of Yuri's sword against her neck.*

Yuri: drop your weapons, all of you, or I'll destroy whats left of the shop and kill her too!

Ren: I believe we've been in this situation before...

Harold: If you're so dead set on having fun, you should join them, Claire. *Harold turns to the half disemboweled man* Still with us? Good. I want you to scream nice and loud when Kanonno tears through your heart with her teeth!"

Traveller: Aaah... Aaaaagh! S... top... pl... ea... se...

Kanonno: Delicious man is delicious.

Caius: Indeed, what I wouldn't do for some fava beans and a nice chianti right now...

Harold: Well well, and here I thought you were a thoughtless monster...

Caius: Oh, but I am a monster~~~

Claire: Save his kidney, I can make us a nice pie with that!

Veigue: I'm gonna be sick...

Canta: *follows the group in the chase and as they reach outside, she lets the falcon fly away* ((I hope that message reaches him...)) *she then focuses her attention on the pursuit* So... who was that purple haired kid? Did he take something important?

((OOC: Sorry for the lack of posts from me... I had a lot of college stuff (mainly looking for art colleges and transfer stuff) that have been worrying me. So, gotta start preparing for transferring next year))

OOC: So anyways, thanks to RM3, I've decided that once SF is over, there's DEFINITELY going to be a SF 2. It'll feature Kanonno Grassvalley and take place on Luminacia. Hope you all rejoin. Very Happy

Guard 1: Yeah. And we tried to stop him, but he just kept on running past us laughing like an insane maniac... I just wanted to tell him that part of his hair was on fire...

Sam: ...Guess it's a good thing we didn't set foot in Harold's lab, then... *sweatdrops*

Guard 2: Wish you guys luck in catching that kid... Man, he's fast...

Arielle: Don't worry! We're gonna catch him and make him pay for destroying Woody's priceless pottery!

Sam: Why are you so obsessed with the pottery? *sweatdrops*

-Oersted Tavern-

Yuri: You're all formidable fighters, but I'm getting tired of this idle fighting...

Reid: We're just getting started, Yuri!

Yuri: My Master would be quite pleased if strong individuals like you all joined his cause...

Jade: Strong? Me? Oh, you flatter me, Yuri Lowell~~~

Loni: Pah! Like we'd ever join YOUR evil association!

Yuri: Really? *snaps his fingers, and a Bane swallows up a little boy and then spits him back out next to Yuri, who instantly puts his blade to the boy's neck* How about all of you join, or else this sweet little kid loses his head~~~?

Boy: MOMMY! MOMMY! *starts crying loudly*

Reid: Tch! *makes a motion like he's about to run towards Yuri*

Yuri: Nuh uh uh~~~ *slowly starts to move his blade across the boy's neck, making a small cut*

Boy: AAAAAAAAAAAAH! HELP ME!!!

Jade: A hostage situation, hmm? My, how cliche can you get?

Yuri: Shut up, you old man, or you'll be devoured first with no chance of being redeemed!

-near the burned village-

Kanonno: *tosses aside some bones* Mmm! That was delicious~~~!

Caius: He was a bit tough to chew, but still very satisfying...

Knightmare: If you two are quite done, shall we get going so that the man's family shall learn of his demise?

Kanonno: Oh yes! I nearly forgot that this was just the first course!

Caius: Mmm... Children... It's making me hungry once again~~~

Knightmare: Before we depart, though, who's gonna be the unlucky sap to haul this worm along with us? *kicks Ferin's unconscious body*

Kanonno: Ick, not me...

Caius: I'm not gonna do it...

Claire: I'm too frail and weak to carry a person's body~~~

Veigue: ...I'll do it... *picks up Ferin*

Knightmare: *stares at Veigue for a few seconds before saying anything* Well, now that that's decided, let's get a move on...

Aimee: I'll run ahead! I'm light on my feet so I can try and skip across some of the buildings to cut him off! Canta, stick with Augla for a minute! *with that she sprints out the castle gates at breakneck speed.*

Pascal: Come on, let's try and keep up!

Reala: I don't think there's any keeping up with that...

Rubia: Pretty amazing considering a few days ago she couldn't even walk...

Yuri: What's the matter, Farah? Cat got your tongue?

Farah: How... Dare you!!! *she flies at him in an uncontrolled rage, hitting him square in the face with a kick before he can even react.*

Ren: Ugh, careful, me and the kid are at knifepoint here!

Farah: Yuuuuriiiii!!! *she unloads a flurry of punches and kicks at him and he has to release Ren and the boy in order to defend himself.*

Yuri: Ugh... Who would have known, you of all people flying off the handle... You know, thats the mark of a weak heart. Just the sort Master's banes find tastiest~

Ren: Enough, Yuri! Whatever you think, you can't win here!

Yuri: Maybe not. But I'll destroy this shop, just for good measure! *he snaps his fingers and the banes start to rush around the cafe, destroying everything in their path.*

Kanonno: Breakfast said that lunch was nearby, didn't it?

Caius: Yeah, I can smell it...

Harold: Smell what?

Kanonno: A three course meal~

Harold: Really? I could do with a snack myself~~~

Caius: You want to join us for our lunch?

Harold: Indeed. We can all have a wonderful picnic together~~~

Claire: Oh, I could make us sandwiches!

Caius: Meat sandwiches?

Veigue: (I hope not, knowing the sort of meat they're on about. I don't think I could stomach seeing that again...)

Claire: Veigue, what's wrong, are you hungry too?

OOC : As Arielle and some others stopped one or two times and Leon didn't, they should have been a bit behind. But as they are meant to catch up anyway let's say they just did. ^^
And it looks like now I won't be the only one wanting to stick to a Tales character I already play for the next RP too!
