Have you tried going into Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Options -> Connection -> LAN settings to see if it had any bogus proxy settings (and unchecking them if they're there)? I was hit by one of those fake Antivirus things that tried to block my interwebs that way once.
Once you're able to get on the internet again, you should try running the rkill.com program (doesn't require installation) and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Both are pretty good catch-alls for annoying malware like this. _________________ The Best Fanart - The Best Fanclub - The Best YouTube Video - The Best Avatar/Signature Thread

I have managed to install malware bytes, but i can't execute it because it blocks it from starting up. But since I got it installed, would it work through safemode?
[edit] okay im trying out rkill _________________

I got hit by something like that two times earlier this year.
Even safe mode is not safe, sadly. _________________ HG FC: 5414 2087 9802 |

Does it block you from using ANY programs or just the ones that clearly state they are anti-malware/virus? If it's the latter then I recommend getting Malwarebyes by downloading it onto a different computer and then change the name to something else. After that, put it on an flash drive and installing it from there on something like Safe-mode. _________________

If Safe Mode doesn't work, download rkill.com on a clean computer, put it on a disk, and run it on the infected computer. Make sure it's the .com version, since malware programs are more likely to recognize the .exe version and block it.
If rkill doesn't at least stop enough of the malware so your computer isn't completely bricked, **** I dunno.
Note that rkill only stops malware from running by cutting it off in the computer's memory. You still need Malwarebytes to scan and delete everything afterwards, otherwise you'll be in the exact same position the next time you reboot the computer. _________________ The Best Fanart - The Best Fanclub - The Best YouTube Video - The Best Avatar/Signature Thread

Try making a Linux live disk and run something from there?

Currently I downloaded and ran Rkill.com It managed to stop most of its processes to allow Malwarebyte to run. I updated Mbyte and now preforming a full scan. Rkill manages to stop enough of it for my computer to function more.
My Default browser (Opera) is still infected and of course I.E is. My spare browser, which I'm on is running the internet just fine. (Firefox)

Yeah i read that. I'm hoping Malwarebyte finds it. This is apparently a new virus that's a smart one. _________________

Paper said I should do a full scan (I updated the malwarebytes before hand) which it's doing now. It hasn't found anything yet so I was wondering...is it safe to zip up pictures, mp3s and etc to upload/put onto a SD card?
Thanks for the help so far, though! It's going much smoother even though it's scanning now _________________

Yeah, that image is going to sit on my hard drive for a while, just waiting to be used. _________________

Probably not a good idea. At the very least, it would bog down all the memory Malwarebytes is taking to scan your entire computer. _________________ The Best Fanart - The Best Fanclub - The Best YouTube Video - The Best Avatar/Signature Thread

Yeah that's pretty much what I told her.
...Also, did you make that image and hold onto it for when you would get an opportunity to use it? _________________
