They're both great. It took me a while to get used to JYB as Ratatosk Mode Emil because I kept hearing him as Guy/Ichigo/Lelouch.

I really didn't like JYB in this role, the voise took me atleast 6 hourse before I stopped finding it annoying (the content was still anoying for around another 2-3 hours). But I liked LB all the way through, although I kept picturing Tohru Honda saying...well just about everything.

GAWD his voice is pretty annoying at the beginning. But it does get MUCH better....I voted for both of them cause of how much the voices improve over the course of the game.
But about richter...Through most of the game i imagined him saying ON THE NEXT EPISODE OF DRAGON BALL Z! XDDDD
