Who do you like better, Johnny Yong Bosch as Emil or Laura Bailey as Marta?

I like how Laura Bailey did the voice for Dende in Dragon Ball Z.

JYB had some problems, especially in the beginning with all the awkward pauses. He did get better, though his voice was a little unbearable at times.

Bailey did okay overall. Sometimes her voice sounded kinda weird, but I thought it was pretty fitting. I actually like it a little better than her Japanese voice because it doesn't hurt my ears. ^^;;

So Bailey, I guess.

Johnny....why?
Cause he's the voice actor as Guy in Abyss, Cless Alvein in Phantasia OVA, Nero in Devil may cry 4 and others that i don't mention.

i think they both did an excellent job with these characters. i think johnny had a tougher character to play since emil is well emil. however i cant bet enough of laura's marta so both i'd go with both

I loved Laura Bailey as Marta but JYB wasn't as bad as Emil as I thought he would be.

I'm impressed with JYB, personally, because he had to do two voices for Emil, not just one. Wink

And they really sound like they belong to a different person, so they are very successful for his role. I also believe the two voices fit the "two characters" necessary.

They were both a little grating in the beginning (I call Emil "Squeaks" for a reason, and Marta gets a little squeaky at times too), but I think they got better as the game went on (it's a little weird and hard to explain).

By the way... is it just me, or does Emil's voice get deeper as the game goes on? O_o

(My vote goes to JYB, by the way. Just because I like how Ratatosk and non-squeaky Emil sound.)
