Ok, sure, but every fictional person looks like a tales character to me. This is nothing new and, IMO, no more similar than any previous examples.

That's because it is Norma and Chloe crossing over with Ritsu and Mio.

I had to get it confirmed by a K-On fan because I honestly couldn't tell whether that really was Chloe and Norma or not. Apparently they're not from K-On, which pretty much confirms that.
It surprises me that Norma is the one with tights though.

But why, I had just gotten through saying that it WAS Chloe and Norma.
Yui's hair doesn't match Norma's and Nodoka while sharing a hairstyle like C's is a brunette who wears glasses never mind that the girl next to Mio is carrying a sword with her...

You didn't say it very clearly.
Where's this picture from anyway? Is it actually from K-On or just some fan made comparison shot or something.

Given its originally from Danbooru, its fanmade. If K-On had some sort of crossover to make something like this official, bricks would be shat. :\

Well after watching K-ON I can say both Chloe and Norma really resemble Ritsu and Mio quite a lot, personality wise. With one beign the noisy girl, and the other beign serious and shy. (the way Ritsu/Norma love to tease Mio/Chloe adds a lot of points too) and the breast department as well
