Pre-order DLC was on Hong Kong PSN as a Skit Add-on?

I never had any hopes for getting the pre-order bonus for the PS3 Vesperia.

However, I did some googling anyways.

I just want to know for peace of mind *cough* and to lay my cursing to rest *cough* was there any truth to this article?


Edit: Never mind... I didn't look at the post date. It was when ToV PS3 was JUST released. So I guess some people got a chance to download them after the initial release date instead of just pre-order stuff.
