Strange... I got this without Judith a lot of times. o.o
You guys pretty much listed all of them so far... I can't think of another. Besides the Ivy Blade, which is one of Rita's weapons! Oh and there's the Nightmare Helm... Soul Calibur references. XD
Oh yeah, there's the Valkyrie attachment for Judith as well!
Not to mention the Cameo battles themselves are some... Not sure if I'm allowed to say them though. *doesn't know how to post spoilers*

The only games I know of that they're in are Destiny, Rebirth, Abyss and Vesperia.

The dark wings are based off the three stooges and I think the Dark Wing were mentioned in Eternia. |
