Okay, I just got the Limit Quartet, and I can now do Hi-Ougis right? WRONG. I can get Yuri's to work, Judith's to work, and Raven's to work. But Rita's, Karol's, and Repede's aren't working. Any help as to why they aren't working?

It's just whenever you get the weapon that gives you Special you can do them. Not having Special ended up being the problem for me. I've done Rita's and Estelle's now, along with Yuri, Judith, and Raven. Holy crap. Ancient Catastrophe is soooooo amazing. All I need is Karol's and Repede's; both of which are apparently sidequest events... >_>
Rita's weapon is in the Blade Drifts of Zopheir, Estelle's is in the Shrine of Zaude (but you have to fight a really hard optional boss to get it though), and I don't remember how I got Judith's, Raven's, or Yuri's...

Don't listen to vegh. Only Yuri, Repede and Karole'is event based, the rest are found from chests or bosses.

Yuri gets his weapon as part of the plot, then gets another Special weapon after a plot boss battle.

How about no? Hades, a weapon that teaches Judith Special, is gotten in a chest in the ice area.
