Does anyone know where I can find some red lense?

A "boss(es)" in port of capua nor drops a Red Lens.

I'm pretty sure I fought a boss already in Capua Nor (I already have the boat)

but I don't have one?

Are there any other enemies that drop it

You should have it then.
That is the only enemy that I've seen drop a red lens.

You'll get lots of Red Lenses from fighting the Red Eyes, the scary assassins guys. You'll fight groups of them at certain story related points, but you'll actually be able to farm from them once you reach the Manor of the Wicked.
