Can there ever be a negative effect from using a Lottery Gel? If not, then they're bargains. At one town I found them for 10 Gald each.

I believe those only restore all HP, all TP, restores all HP and TP at once but they don't cure status ailments or cause them.

If you don't get a full HP, TP or both restoration they will restore a random amount of HP, TP or both.
