In my opinion, a lot of the old tracks are ruined... Seriously, LAY OFF ON THAT AWFUL SYNTH. Full Force and Like a Glint of Light have okay-ish (I still prefer the original) remixes, but the synth destroys it for me.
Not that I'm asking for orchestral (I don't think it'd fit Symphonia anyways), but at least pick sounds that sound less... grinding/electric. :S |

I think the music in the game is okay, I just wasn't expecting much from it.

And the new songs are great too.
I didn't have the ToS OST, so I don't feel like it's a waste of my money, far from it ^^

| Why would anyone even buy this? There's only a few tracks on the entire OST that are worth listening to by themselves. Yeah I'm really psyched about listening to Talk about Sylvarant. |

The fact that nearly all the original tracks sound better after being remixed by Sakuraba just goes to show you how bad Symphonia's OST was in the first place.
All the new tracks are fantastic though. Good to hear decent final battle music. Final Destination was just....blegh.
