Seems they are having a DNS issue yet again, because I tried to have it resolve photobucket and it failed miserably. That would explain why some people aren't having issues but some are because DNS changes take time to show up on all ISPs.
Only thing we really can do is wait, or host the pics elsewhere.

But, er, he majored in Graphic Design if I recall correctly ... not exact a fair game, it's not like we have a load of reputed graphics people from Sig & Ava to compete. XD

I love Lunars as well. It's not a rigid rectangle, so it looks rather pleasing, and it's not cluttered at all.

Lunar, question on how vote tally goes. For people who submitted multiple banners, is there a risk of it working against them?
Person A submits 2 banners and gets 16 votes each even though the design is very similar
Person B submits 1 banner and gets 30 votes
Is vote tally being done by artist or by individual banner?

We already had an elimination round to get rid of similar banners.
Lunar, your banner looks amazing. You've got my vote. =) |

Well, I took advantage of the fact that my work doesn't seem to have the issue I was having at home and voting.
Though I'm sad at how few banners have any games besides ToV and ToS2.

It just makes things look too clustered and terrible. The only person who did a good job with it space wise is Dub C, but I don't like the way the banner actually looks.
