Whether or not she views Sven in a romantic sense is debatable (personally, I do not think she does. I think she just sees him as a good friend/teacher).
Moses was not interested in Melanie. He only play flirted with and teased her (kind of like what Norma does with Senel). However, his attraction to Grune is as solid as they come.
In the Character Quests, it is revealed that Will is in love with Amelia, who is Harriet's deceased mother.
Jay does not express romantic interest in anyone in-game. Personally, I hold the belief that Solon raped him on a regular basis and that traumatized him away from sex. "Say you love me" indeed.

Some hold the belief that Walter was in love with Shirley. Given that he wanted to be her personal foot stool and was willing to do ANYTHING for her, I am inclined to agree. However, Shirley did not give a flying crap about him.

Senel and Stella both loved each other, though.
And yes, Senel considered her a sister, which she would've been his sister-in-law anyway. I just hate the idea of, "Well, my true love died, so I'll get with her younger sister! " ...Errr... >.> Besides, Senel seemed to rush his feelings for Shirley in an attempt to stop her going crazy. That and after their relationship as siblings kind of broke apart, they got VERY awkward with each other.
I'm not sure if Chloe told Senel her feelings when they were returning to the city at the end of Chloe's quest. Although, he does seem to have much more of a chance to be with Chloe than Shirley. He's less awkward around Chloe, and Shirley even admits Senel laughs more with Chloe than her (although she also mentioned Will, but it shows he's not AS close to Shirley as he used to be. He was more of a loner back then, too)
Exactly. Norma's just being silly. But yes, she does seem very attracted to Grune. She was the first one to start crying, too, when Grune said she was going to disappear.
Moses and Melanie... *shudders* God, no...
I REALLY hope the whole, "Is that his lover?" thing from Harriet didn't make people think Chloe/Will was gonna happen. o.o
Jay seems to flirt a bit with Moses, actually. Given their ages, their attitudes toward each other can easily count. Not to mention they're both very worried about each other during their quests. Also seeing as Solon raised Jay, Jay would be, personality wise, something similar to Solon, whether he realizes it not )which actually, I've noticed similarities). I'm sure Jay would want to be with someone who is the complete opposite of himself. Also, judging from his appearance, I can't imagine him to like girls... Not to mention he's closest to all the males of the group. This is proven when he says it's not so bad being around everyone, but he only straight out mentions the males.
As for Solon, well... that situation seems to stand out like neon lights in pitch black. Not to mention it's a popular suggestion/theory for many fans.
Grune is just... Grune. ^.^; Although she seems very close to Norma in her pre-awakened state.
According to Tales Wiki, Walter may've had feelings for Fenimore, but I don't see that happening. Fenimore believed in Senel and the other in the end. If you ask me, Walter was just angry that yet another Ferines was killed by an Orerines, just shortly after bringing Senel's group to see the records of test subjects. They may've also been friends, but I personally think Walter liked Shirley. She loved Senel, and man did he go !batshit over Senel all the time.
Well, seeing as Elsa denies just simply going for a walk with her and says, "Chloe and I are on a date!", it kind of gives it away. 8D;
I think Fenimore may've had feelings for Shirley. She WAS also saying she was doing things for her, and she was the one always around Shirley trying to help her out. Fenimore's most important relationship in the game is with Shirley.
