It's ok to use official art, but any text in the banner should be in English - there should be no Japanese in the banner.

Guys,
Sorry I've not been around, I caught some kind of flu and I've been trying to keep up with the forums but haven't had as much time as usual.
I added a few more important details to the initial post so everyone is following the same rules. I also deleted a few posts becuase I didn't want to confuse people, so if your post was deleted you know there was no offense intended

Ah, so then we can use our own scans from art books and our own screen shots. That's good to know!

It would probably be a good idea not to use words from songs or otherwise that might conflict with copyright laws. I think...
