Nice work, I really like the motion your capturing in the piece and your composition moves smoothly through the piece. But I can see some anatomy flaws. The best way to fix that is to get a friend and have them pose for you or practice drawing real life people. If you draw more from life, your anime WILL get better

As always, you have impressive figures with a lot of detail.
I haven't drawn anything in a long time and I'm not that into this art style sorry. I actually do have an idea for something, just not the time to do it. Over the summer, though.

Those eyes are pretty big, even for anime standards. And it'll help if you use a facial grid. I've included in this post a helpful flow chart.
Please don't think I mean to call you an idiot; it really was the most convenient image with what I wanted on it that I could remember.

Your art has improved since the last time I saw your stuff. I really like the female piece, the pose is very well established with a nice flowing composition in and her anatomy is relatively correct. Now the top one is a perfect color concept piece but I wouldn't say its a final colored version and there are a few anatomy problems with his head, the back side of his head looks a little dented. But other than that its pretty good. Nice work Spamus!
Ok time let you see my old crap! This is the very first picture of Vaun I ever did. In other words, the picture I submitted before is the same guy just with 5 years of improvement.

Now I, myself, am not that amazing. I wish I was. I have friends who have skills that can blow me out of the water, figuratively speaking of course.
One of my best (recent) drawings would probably have to be this: Better version of a slightly older drawing, etc.
