Klarth's sprite in the SNES version is fugly. He looks much better in the other versions. >_>
Actually, most of the SNES version'sd sprites are fugly. Excepot for Cless and Chester >_>

That's pretty low on your list... ;_;
Klarth was supposed to be WAY older in the original version. They had a designer for the game before Fujishima (the sprites were made for that designer), but I don't know what happened...it doesn't matter to me though, because Klarth looked scary-old. ;_;

The SNES version of Phantasia is supposed to be harder though, due to the range system.
I DO want the PSP ver. of Phantasia. I just....want the other PSP Tales games more. -shot'd-

I understand. XD I mean, if I had a choice between ToP and ToR...after a very lengthy and brutal internal struggle...I'd say ToR. Because of Kurea.
But then I'd cry myself to sleep because I forsook Klarth and his sexy Kazuhiko Inoue voice. </3

I'd go with ToR too...you just cannot resist the KUREAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.
Then again,I don't care much for playing Phantasia,tbh. I love some of the characters,that is mainly Dhaos,Klarth and Chester(I do like Arche too,however...)and the storyline isn't bad,but I don't I just plain have no desire for it.

When I first got the GBA version of the game for $11 on ebay... D: I thought I got some fan hacked game and was ripped off.
It was only later that I saw the epicness of the prologue. XD

I like Fujishima's over Inagaki's, honestly. Though the Summon spirits are cute. <3
