Because they didn't use Scott.
My guess: Money reasons.

We don't know if that's the official voice... I heard that for some other game they kind of used different voices just to promote the game or something.
If it is it could be because the original VA is too busy or money, like ikuaod2 said, which is more likely since they are trying something new with this release, a bit risky, and it could go either way... Hopefully, it's the "good" way. =)

No, they only did that with Luke because it was a promotional trailer with only anime footage and a yell. The yell was barely audible too, so it's fine to substitute that with a filler yell
With an in-game clip though, those lines have been recorded for gameplay, they never really change those between trailers and the final games ever.
Deal with it, it's a different voice =P

I think its mostly a problem when the voice work is bad. I myself do not care too much, but I have to say, Scott did a great job on Lloyd. (Better than the Japanese. IMO)
SO if the voices are alright, then its all right by me. Only pray they don't use Carrie Savage...Shirley style....

There was this one clip for Star Fox Assualt that featured radically different (and horrible) VAs and dialogue. It's possible that it's just someone they used for promotional reasons.
That being said, it's unlikely we'll get Menville :/

Right. Like I said, it's still unlikely, but there's always that small chance we'll get Menville. And besides- it's not like he's busy or anything :/

It's not like Menville was actually that great. His voice only contributed towards Lloyd's dorkyness, making him a worse character than he already was.
The new VA sounds nice.
