Eh...I don't really pay attention to that kind of stuff....
Either that or it was because my brother had a friend over and they were playing video games really loudly, thus throwing off my concentration...o.o

I noticed that too. I guess they couldn't be bothered to animate all that stuff... such a shame... it was supposed to be like a cloth hanging down his hat or something not feathers.

Yeah, he looks really cool like that... I really wish Production I.G. had done the OVA, because I'm sure it would've turned out a lot better than it did.
Tales of Phantasia: FVE is gonna be amazing~. It's gonna be great to hear Klarth in full-voiced glory : o.

I think the OAV was great...However, it is sad it has only 4 episodes : Tales of Eternia has 13...>.>

I didn't like how the OVA ended, I really think they could have done episodes 3 and 4 better.
