*"Starry Heavens" played in the original. (It had to be changed because it'd cost big money to reliscense it, and most people who bought the game probably wouldn't like it much anyway.) The new one apparently doesn't have a title. It was occassionally refered to as "The Sweeping Orchestral Piece" because a magazine called it that, but it's an unofficial title.
**In the Japanese version "Starry Heavens: Hiroic Version" played in this scene. So I guess we can call this song "The Sweeping Orchestral Piece: Hiroic Version."

About the OST
It has all the music in the game excluding these:

If you want to buy the OST, be warned that there are many bootleg (illegal) copies out there, so don't be tricked by them. There are two legitimate versions of the OST out there: one for the GCN version and one for the PS2 version (the packaging is different, but the discs and music are all the same). The GCN version looks like this and is published by DigiCube; the PS2 version looks like this and is published by KingRecords. If you see the packaging look different (e.g. like the GCN version but with a black background behind the characters) or it has a different publisher (e.g. Miya Records), then it's a bootleg.

I have the PS2 version of the OST, would anyone like me to scan in the CD case and all that, so people WOULD KNOW what the legit copy looks like? Does anyone have the original GC version of the OST? The GC version is rarer since DigiCube went out of business last year... Anyway, if that's a yes, I'll be more than happy to do it tomorrow night after I come home from work. :x

Great list! Just one thing:

Keep Your Guard Up! is not exclusive to the third battle against the you-know-whos, but it's for the Renegade bosses in general. It plays during the fight with Vidarr, after all.
