holy crap I remeber that XDDD;
I don't recall watching anything 'old skool' cept a little bit of robotech~ but I don't even remeber it at all :D;;;;

Oh, I vaguely recall watching Speed Racer...and something that was either the older Gundam series, or Robotech...I'm not sure what it was. I just remember being at a friends house watching an anime about robot pilots...there was a boy in the military that gave a medal he won to his girlfriend, I think.

zOMG when I was like 6, I watched Pokemon. Now I just play the games, and avoid contact with trading cards, tv shows, and uberfans.

I was into Pokemon for a while. Still love the games and Team Rocket on the TV series

Pokemon isn't old though. o_O I was 11 when it first came out in English.
I used to watch French dubbed anime, such as Astro Boy and Mahô tsukai Sally, known as "Mini Fée."

The person might be refering to the Fox Kids dub of the 1st 12/13 episodes....they were pretty bad
The old-school anime I watch are Urusei Yatsura, Ranma 1/2(man I need to see Maison Ikkoku and Mermaid Saga, my Takahashi fandom commands it...) Macross/Robotech was awesome, I wish they would've continued with the US specific production of 'The Sentinels' sub-series, the books turned out pretty good
Last night I got the movie Gundam F91 and despite the reviews I thought it was good...I remember dl'in a crapified version of the ending theme 'Eternal Wind' years ago man that's a beautiful song...
As for Pocket Monsters...the Japanese version of the anime is quite good, the dub...is almost like sinning against nature
