If you are in the market for translation patches, this site should be the first place you look:
http://donut.parodius.com/
If a game is in the process of being translated by a fan group, it is usually listed there, along with the last time a progress update was listed and how much is completed. |

Eh, Kajitani is only translating what is necessary to play and PROGRESS through the game, as well as anything extra (some beginning battle quotes). It's not a full scale thing to translate the game. These won't be 100% anytime soon, if at all. _________________

Read the readme files. He says that for every patch. They tell you how to apply the patch. He even has a readme on patching for people that shouldn't even be capable of using a computer. |

Instructions
------------
Use an IPS patcher, such as IPS.EXE or ips XP (both available from, say,
www.zophar.net) to apply the .IPS patch to your ROM of Tales of the World:
Narikiri Dungeon 3. PLEASE MAKE A BACKUP FIRST!! If you don't like the patch
or if it is incompatible with later patches or with patches from someone else,
you don't want to have to re-download or re-copy the ROM image.
For example, with ips.exe (first backup the ROM!), place the patch file in
the same directory as the ROM. Open a command prompt/DOS prompt window and
type:
ips <ROM filename> <patch filename>
(substituting filenames in for the angle brackets, of course). So if your ROM
file is called ND3.gba, and if it's the original Japanese version, type:
ips nd3.gba nd3ke020.ips
Your ROM should be patched! Pat yourself on the back
If you are not familiar with DOS commands, I recommend getting a Windows-
based ips patcher, such as the previously mentioned ips XP. Just select the
ROM file (back it up first, or check the 'make a Backup' option!) and the
.ips patch file and click the 'apply patch' button, and your ROM should be
patched.
Also, some emulators have an auto-patcher. I believe you just rename the .ips
file to whatever your ROM name is and stick it in the same directory. So, if
your ROM is called "ND3.gba" name the patch file "ND3.ips". If you do this,
make sure the .gba file is the original Japanese version of the game.
NOTE: Please patch on top of the original Japanese game when using the nd3ke***
patch file. It may still work otherwise, but this is the safest thing to
do.
End quote.
