OK, this is one of my favorite games of all times and stuff so I just want to open up a discussion thread for both the games, and news on the 3rd installment. I'll just start by asking, how many of you finished both of the games?

I wasn't interested in the original Dark Cloud, but Dark Cloud 2 is very good. The story isn't that interesting, but the gameplay is amazing. I love the amount of depth in the mini-games and side-quests! Fishing, golf, taking pictures, building towns, recruiting all those characters, etc. I still hate the idea of repetitive, random dungeons, but the weapon customization and the different upgrades makes up for it.

| I've finishe d the main quests of both games. I didn't bother with the bonus dungeons though. Dark Cloud was good, but had many annoying aspects. Happily, most of those were fixed in Dark Chronicle/Cloud 2. |

I finished the main part of the game for each, but the Demon Shaft for DC1 is impossible.  I got kinda bored with Zelmite Mine too. But it was better than 100 levels at least.

I don't have a PS2, so I haven't played it, but I played a demo at a store and thought it looked very cool. (And I recongised the voice actor of the main character...TK from the 2nd season of Digimon! ^______^ TAKERU!)

OK now, what is your strongest weapons for each characters?
Max:
Supernova- Almost all the way leveled up
Final Judgment-I believe I got it all the way fully maxed out except for 30 more attack
Monica:
Thorn Brassard or wtv- Didn't really try and get this up.....
Chronicle 2!!- Fully leveled up! Who's your daddy!!??
