Credit goes to Illidan for making these up! :O These are his original rules, with some of the words edited to sound more like...um...rules. x_X

A fan club should:
A) Have a worthy reason for existence, have a theme, have an obvious point that can be discussed, and have potential for being a success.
B) Not be for spam, especially if it has no real point to begin with. Clubs like "The bored fan club" or "*insert member's username here* fan club!" Are not worth constructing a fan club for. Occasionally going off topic is ok sometimes but do not do it excessively.
C) Hopefully your fan club's content will not be filled with fanism only. Try to make worthy discussions part of your fan club. It'll at least give it some form of good structure for your club. Always have possible discussions available at your fan club also.
D) Negatively aimed and anti fan clubs are prohibited.
E) Be creative when constructing a fan club. ^^
F) (Aku-added) Only one of each fan club. Please check prior to creation to see if a club on your topic already exists.

No offense to Illi or anything; he's my friend and all, but you must know that one act of good sense does not make a person a mod. :/ It takes much more than that.

These are definitely needed. Pointless fan clubs just take up space and push the real fan clubs down the page.
Illi as a mod? I believe we have enough mods now.

Sure thing. But I don't know about that particular user, being that, like Illi said, I have no idea whether or not it was on purpose.
