Anime Conventions!

If I'm at the wrong place... ._. Move me?

I thought I'll write out a list of upcoming Anime Conventions in the States (and probably Canada) and see who's going to go to which convention. Just in case there are people who are interested in meeting up. (I know I'll be attending at least one this upcoming summer.)

A-kon
Dallas, TX. 3rd - 5th June, 2005.

Anime Central
Rosemont, IL. 13th - 15th May, 2005.

Animazement
Durham, NC. 27th - 29th May, 2005.

Anime Boston
Boston, MA. 29th April - 1st May, 2005.

Anime Expo
Anaheim, CA. 1st - 4th July, 2005.

Anime Mid-Atlantic
Richmond, VA. 17th - 19th June, 2005.

Anime Next
Seacaucus, NJ. 17th - 19th June, 2005.

Anime North
Toronto, Ontario. 27th - 29th May, 2005.

Kawaii Kon
Honolulu, HI. 22nd - 24th April, 2005.

Otakon
Baltimore, MD. 19th - 21st August, 2005.

Sakura Con
Seattle, WA. 8th - 10th April, 2005.

Tekkosho Con
Monroeville, PA. 8th - 10th April, 2005.

Here's a short list of "Bigger" anime conventions. (Otakon is the largest in the east coast and Anime Expo largest in the west coast... You get the drift.) Here's a more Complete List of upcoming conventions and events around the area... So... If you don't see it off my list, try to find something on this one. ^_^;

Anyway, I'm going to Anime Next in Seacaucus, NJ this June. However, I'm only going there for one day since I don't want to pay for hotel. I'm going on that Saturday, 18th June, 2005. I've already requested off of work and I would be there. ^_^ <3 The other con I really want to go, and I might actually try to see if I could afford it or not, is Otakon 2005. I've been to Otakon in 2k1... But I haven't been back since then. My friends are showing their fan parody too, so I want to be there... ._. Anyway~ Anyone else going to any Convention within the near future? :D

Seacaucus is closer to my house... ._. I could take a bus up to NYC then another bus down to the convention... Akurei is going to be there too! ToT You should come up instead! XD It's my birthday's weekend! We could party in NYC!!!

AnimeNext, traveling with my anime club. It might be EXTREMELY difficult to isolate me being that I am Asian and I am with a huge bunch of people, but I will be wearing a shirt with a sugar-high Kratos chibi. XD Maybe that'll help. XD

Go down to Otakon or up to Anime Next. :x I had to travel quite a few states to get to Otakon too... ._.

My friends are going to Anime Boston, but I know a.) I can't afford it. b.) Ag Field Day is better.

You know, Fawkes... ._. You should go to Otakon... Otakon... OTAKON... *says it again and again by your ears as you go to bed* (Even though I know the other two are close to where you are... But... ._.)
