I am really just thinking about cancelling my order and getting the $60 Limited Edition instead. _________________

It's kind of idiotic and an insult to the people who are paying an additional $40 over the standard game for the CE as opposed to people getting the LE for free.
There's literally no reason the CE can't get the DLC, and from the wording, it sounds like the CD included with the LE will have more tracks than the "Selection CD" from the CE, at no additional cost?
Really?
And the character profile booklet will be stuff that isn't in the 100 page CE book?
Or it could all be miscommunication and poor word choice, the CD's being the same, or the one on the LE being less tracks, and the character profile booklet merely being some pages/art from the 100 page artbook.
The DLC however is quite unforgivable, especially considering the EU CE gets it. |

I wouldn't be concerned about the music CD. Standard pre-order CDs have, like, 10 tracks at most, so the LE is probably getting something like that. I'd imagine the "selection" wording means that you're getting select (as in preferred or premium) tracks if there's any difference at all.
I'd definitely inquire more deeply about the costumes, but I also wouldn't totally freak out and cancel your order just yet until it's truly clarified. _________________

I wouldn't even be so irritated about this had we known from the beginning. Preorders for the CE opened well over a month ago but there was absolutely no word on the LE or the preorder bonuses until today. If they'd said something sooner, I could've weighed my options.
I still say that I hope it was an uninformed customer service guy. _________________

I hope we get clarification on this soon, because I don't want to end up paying $40 for just a figure that I probably won't even use at least once. *Not an action figure kind of guy.*
Well, I mean, I understand that Europe is getting more attention with regard to the Tales series, but Namdai kind of shot us North Americans in the foot with this change of plans. :/ _________________

| I don't care too much about the costumes, but it's preposterous if they're not included in the CEs. The CEs are actually limited edition, these are just preorder runs... Gotta get to the bottom of this... |

Constant people have been getting e-mails about how the costumes are for the free LE upgrade only.
If so, NB doesn't learn, especially after that whole NNK WE fiasco.
Why the hell wouldn't the CE's get the costumes as opposed to a free upgrade?
The people who are willing to spend $40 more for the CE get shafted?
Especially considering those costumes won't end up on PSN like the Graces f ones.
They should be a general pre-order bonus, not LE exclusive.
What's even worse is the fact the EU CE is getting the costumes, as well as a dynamic theme for ToX. |

Hopefully they uh...fix that. That just doesn't make sense for an extra $40 premium. I can't imagine more codes being a budget issues. _________________ http://dice9999.deviantart.com/

My only question to this is....does this apply to every pre-order made? Meaning, I pre-ordered my game from Amazon, will I get this content, too? Or do I need to pre-order from Namco directly? Forgive me for being confused on this matter. _________________ Never Judge A Book By Its Cover.

| So two collectors editions and one limited edition? Jeez, that day is going to wreck my wallet. |
