All this time you've all said we were'nt going to know the names of the english voices of Xillia,it doesnt make sense.

That was based off past experience. You would've been daft to have expected Namco to reveal voices after 7 years of refusing to do so.

As of right now, a digital release isn't confirmed. It may end up on PSN eventually like Graces did, but I wouldn't count on that happening until maybe next year.

OH! Okay, I get it now.

Basically what Llyodzerk said. It may come to PSN, but probably not anytime soon.

Hence why the NA (August 6) and EU (August 9) release dates are close to each other, Namco translated everything to the European languages afterwards for a worldwide western release.

GameFAQs is just a click away people... or even the first post is enough.

Agreed. The day video games stop being offered in physical format is the day I stop playing new video games.

I refuse to buy games in a format that prevents me from using them on more than the console I bought them on, as well as prevents me from buying games from other regions (most digital download services, aside from PSN, block purchases made from IP addresses outside the intended country. And even PSN has some region locked content).

You're missing the question. He wants to know if the North American release will have Spanish text, or if that is only the European version.

I don't know the answer to that.

I've only seen like....5-10% of game titles (if that) with that option. If that's a concern it would probably be safer to just import an EU version. =/

Or you could just wait until people get the game and see. I'm pretty sure NA DotNW had French text (and possibly Spanish?).

Given that NA is getting the game at practically the same time as EU, it wouldn't be too unreasonable for NB to add extra languages to the NA version -- why not?

Nope, it had only English text even with the Wii set to French. I'm pretty sure ToGf was English only, too. I can't remember if my PS3 was set to French when I played it; I think it was.

I can confirm that...

This is also the first time in the series history that the US and EU release dates have been so close together (funny, since it's also the longest gap between JPN and US releases in the series history). Usually when this happens, the US and EU versions have the same content.

But yes, I would definitely recommend just waiting and seeing.

If I'm correct, Destiny and Legendia are the only localized tales games that never saw a European release in some form.
