I hate the fact that most of my favourite champions are easily countered. I pretty much never get to play them cause whenever I do, I get countered, which often causes me to lose my lane and possibly cost my team the game. I never used to be mindful of counters before, but now I always get countered when I pick who I want to play (especially if I go mid, unless I play Diana or Elise). More often than not, if I'm not last pick, I have to go with a "safe pick" that's hard to counter (i.e. Caitlyn), which sucks because playing the same champions in every game gets dull.

Quinn rose from bad to MAYBE below average.

Cooldown on her ult helps a lot but I haven't really noticed anything else.

vayne has the same auto attack range as almost every other ad carry (550), and it isn't range that makes them weak early game (sivir and graves both sub 550, both strong laners)

Quinn wasn't even that bad to begin with. She was never top tier or anything, but she's a great lategame carry and has some pretty good utility. Clever use of her ult, imo, gives her a higher skill cap in relation to a lot of the other carries. The only downside to her imo was her bad range (which isn't a huge tick against her), and that her E can put her at a disadvantage when used in certain situations. Thankfully, the latter was fixed in this patch by adding a mini-stun to her E.

So yeah, she wasn't amazing or anything before her buffs, but I'd say she was at least mid tier.

her range works against her kit

however her passive grants such a noticeable boost in power so that she can lane well

maneuvering with her is a nightmare, she has one free escape but it's not easy to use and her blind hits the first target area in its path

she's average but not as good as the other carries

her late game is scary but at that point you need a lot of protection for her to go ham in ult form
