Actually, that was Aka's chimera, the half elf it was chasing was his character Kahlil. Sorry if I wasn't clear, I try to write from my character's perspective if it can be helped, and avoid using names until my character has learned them.

Oh yeah......I read over Aka's post at least 2-3 times and kept missing that. For whatever reason I was thinking that the chimera stopped following Khalil.

I think my job has destroyed my ability to read properly due to the amount of stuff I already read over ever day......

Yeah, I usually do what Psychon does too with the characters' names, but I only name them occasionally in case it would get overlooked with the long post. Sorry if this recent one is confusing, was trying to keep it short as I can (and kept getting distracted with other things)...so what happened is I got the chimera to go after Kahlil for a while after he took the woman/thief to safety. It's weak, limping on three of its legs, while Kahlil got hit back to near where Seran is, but Kahlil hasn't noticed him yet.

So, yeah...anyone in the area can control or take out the chimera if they want.

For the record, Psychon, Ada's eyepatch has not been knocked off... at least not yet. It's only been pierced, so there's just a small dent. If it was knocked off, Atalan would be frightened to death of Ada's skull half on the right side of her head. The eyepatch won't be staying on her for long though, and from there she'll walk freely without it.
