that was my first theory
they might have more people working on it than usual or people working way more hours than their usual schedule, as in to profit off it they need to charge a bit higher due to the increase in resources used
or maybe it'll come in a bundle with something you have to buy with it |

Whar are you expecting Flammy? Persona battles? Except 1, all mainline tittles have first person battles with 0 animated **** except for magic.
Unless you only played Nocturne, Persona and Devil Survivor, then I can understand your point.

Exactly. I've been curious about getting into more SMT beyond Persona but I just can't get over how dated they look.
If you're saying Devil Survivor and Nocturne both use 3D though, I might look into them

Nocturne yes, Devil Survivor no. They look dated indeed but they are good to play, give it a shot. Just don't expect cute anime characters interacting with each other, well except in Devil Survivor.

they don't look dated in IV, you need to stop being a baby is all
they're just first person battles with animated sprites
just go play nocturne or something it's 20 dollars on amazon and has 3d battles, then realize you'll never be able to play another game in that vein unless you man up |
