Sure, go ahead and complain about it here.
Though, to my knowledge, every Tales of game, both English and Japanese, have the ability to turn off voices, music and sound effects all together.
If you just want to play the game retro style with no voices, I guess you can always just do that.

Anyways, it's not so much the lack of japanese voices, nor the inclusion of english ones that I dislike about the audio, and I can even accept the lack of Melnics (which I believe is a missed chance tbh), but the complete and utter lack of a backwards dutch audio version really ruined the series for me.
Nowadays I just play all of my tales of games with the sound completely muted as a means of silent protesting against namco and bandai, know what I'm saying?
