Thank you very much. Xillia definitely has the most detailed and expansive history out of all the Tales I've played, and I love it.

Yeah, I find this extremely confusing. That would also mean there's an alternate Victor since the events of that alternate world were the same as the real world's until Alt!Alt!Elle died.

Maybe Alt!Alt!Elle's world was a little different. Because otherwise, thinking about it is making my head spin.
And I wish something this big had been, you know, hinted in the game.

About names...
In the past, there used to be a number of words used to communicate with spirits. Some of these words have remained and are being used as names, in different ways depending on the place. Here are their usage and their meanings.
Elenpios - Middle Names
In Elenpios, they are used as middle names. Often, parents chose the middle name according to its meaning and what they wish for their child's future.
Rashugal - The Six Houses
The only trace of these words can be found in the initial employed in the names of members of the six nobles houses of Rashugal. They can also be found as is in the corresponding place names.
Ajur - Tribes
In Ajur, the tribe names come from these words.
Meanings:
Aktau = indomitable (ex: Aktau tribe)
Cheagle = invincible (ex: Cheagle tribe)
Guita = familial love (ex: Derek Guita Mathis)
Il = strong, stubborn will (ex: Nachtigal I. Fan, Claudia Il Kresnik)
Jade = wise blade (ex: Rowen J. Ilbert)
Kalakh = generosity, charity, love for mankind (ex: Drossel K. Shal, Crane K. Shal)
Karcsi = to stand one's ground, to see a project to the end (ex: Bisley Karcsi Bakur)
Kitar = free like the wind (ex: Ortega Kitar, Jurgens Kitar; Kitar tribe)
Lara = loving smile (ex: Nadia L. Travis)
Londau = guide; path of light (ex: Lin Londau; Londau tribe)
Mel = hope (ex: Elle Mel Mata, Ralle Mel Mata)
Orta = shadow; one who does not betray (ex: Marcus Orta Kresnik)
Outway = eternal flame (ex: Arst Outway, Carla Outway; Outway tribe)
Vint = gentle, honest, docile (ex: Alfred Vint Svent)
Wi = determination, resolve (ex: Cornelia Wi Kresnik)
Will = the right choice; strong will and determination (ex: Ludger Will Kresnik, Julius Will Kresnik)
Yule = supporter (ex: Gillandor Yule Svent)

Thank you for more amazing info, Yume Hanabi! Especially the timeline. Wow!
Also, Bisley is a total bastard. I recall reading on 2ch that Kronos used some pretty underhanded schemes to force the trial to go in his favor too though. I don't like Kronos in the slightest, but at least he has the excuse of trying to help Origin...
Also, Rowen's middle name is Jade! That's kind of amazing.

Ugh, yes! I had a lo----t of problems with Xillia 2, but once of them was when I was shouting at the screen "Take her with you~!" in Leia's character episode with Agria. Seriously, they had the Key of Kresnik, and unlike with Milla, they no longer had an Agria in their world that could have caused a paradox. I guess it would have upset the game balance or themes about inevitability or something, but I still think they should have done it...  |

They could have found a way to bring back Wingull too, come on. Or all the Fauves, really, but that's asking too much ^^;
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who has problems with Xillia 2... I still love it, but it saddens me when people treat it like it was so much better than 1.

Pfft, well I guess Meiu did prove he was near invincible in abyss (with his hard head and all). XP
Thanks for translating. I really like a lot of the name meanings and how well they fit, such as Drossel's or Jurgen's (some of them are horribly ironic though, like Natchigal's. Learning a little of his back story made him appear the opposite to me).
