Not sure if this is news these days but I've never seen it before. This site claims to know the voice actors used in the English dub of Phantasia's GBA version.

Sheesh the game wasn't THAT bad, sure the va was pretty bad overall, but the game itself was basically just a slower running psx phantasia.

ToP:FVE and ToPX are loads better, but ToP GBA got me into Tales and it was a good game in its own right as a GBA title imo. The VA'ing...was okay? xD It wasn't outstanding but it was only really random battle quotes. It was more a sound quality issue than their performance though.

You guys know the original snes phantasia used a bigger cart for voices specifically. At the time nothing else had voices pretty much.
