I'm sorry, but when Elize says "I'll cover you" all I can hear is Rise Kujikawa rolled up with Marta. That sounds 100% like Laura Bailey to me.
But if it's not, then I'll stand corrected.  I don't really care either way, because she sounds perfect to me in just the little bit we can hear of her. Can't wait for her battle video, hopefully that's next month (paired with Alvin I hope).

| I feel like the casting is going to be a reverse of what happened with Graces, with the male lead's voice being great and the female lead's voice being not that great. |

I feel ENG Asbel is given too much flack. I give him credit for the amount of embarrassing things he had to say. Tell me who in real life has ever had to spout that many speeches on friendship?
He's done good work before. Too often I think people take a piss on voice actors, but I think a bad script (or sometimes unnatural-sounding script) is more at fault.

Ot: excited for these character vids~ though, as others have said, wish the voices weren't overly muffled.
My attempts at being positive towards Milla's voice are slowly, slowly starting to fail >:I

I wonder how's Jyde pronounced? I'm thinking like "Jeed/Jid" cause it'll sound like Jude...
ALso, I dunno why they needed to change the references, only a handful of people will recognize/look them up anyway.

Do you think "Jyde" will be pronounced differently from "Jude"? Would they do a special recording just for Germany?
The german word Jude isn't pronounced like the name, so I'm thinking maybe they'll only change the spelling?

Well, only English audio is confirmed, so most likely they'll stick with the same pronunciation.

Maybe it's the way the word looks?
Say they had a character named "Algay", they may change it "Alghey" to avoid the obvious happy/homosexual word sticking in there.
Which reminds me. I loved that Dirk (Lloyd's dad in ToS) was Dyke. lawl.

Milla's voice doesn't sound as bad in this one. But her delivery of "This is the power of Maxwell!" is so dry, especially compared to how triumphant she sounds in the Japanese version.

Jude and Milla still sound bad to me.
Can barely hear Elize, but I'm not sure I like it. Will need to hear more.
