Green. Pay for school, buy a nice house after I graduate, put away a big chunk of it in an RRSP, and then save the rest for bills and occasional leisure spending. Though, knowing me, I'd probably spend more on leisure than I'd like to. >.> _________________

Pretty much. When the sum is large enough, it no longer matters all that much that you could get a hundred times more. It would actually be much more of a dilemma if the sums and odds were smaller. _________________

You whoop with joy as the car dealer hands you the keys to your new Lambourghini. You take all your friends with you on rides and all is well. The fun times pass quickly... you age and find yourself at 40 looking back at life. Your alarm sounds, and you put it to snooze. "If I had pushed the red button..." you wondered as you pull the sheets a little closer.
Though with a million to spend for a while, you'd probably be looking more towards a Mercedes than a Lambourghini. Anyway, it doesn't really make any economical or financial sense to pick red with relatively abysmal EV and opportunity costs, and I'd really LIKE to say that I'd pick red...
But I'd probably just pussy out and pick green. _________________

Green. Pay off college, then put it in the bank and forget it exists until retirement. _________________
