Sooo watching their friends as they play and interacting with them without having to activate some sort of invite room or booting up your own copy of the same game sounds pretty cool.
So does the idea of built-in streaming. Oh and streaming the game onto the PSVita when the main TV is occupied (same concept as Wii U) is also a good idea but the framerate looked pretty bad.
It would have been nice to see live examples/trailers of these things happening though like what Nintendo did with the Wii U. New controller is...interesting though.

They are working on streaming BC for all previous Sony consoles.
Fair trade, I'd say, since no native BC will make the console cheaper, too.

Come again? I heard about this but I didn't get all the details.
Although being able to share footage and screenshots at the press of a "Share" button on the controller as opposed to recording and editing video sounds hot.

Nope. It's still going, but I think (someone, think it was Junkos?) is right, and we wont' see many games until E3
EDIT:
Sunny, they're working on it so you can run PS1, PS2, PS3, and PSP games from the cloud and play on your PS4 rather than use on console hardware to play it.
